ASRS tote Four-Ways Shuttle
The Tote Four-way Shuttle is an intelligent tote handling device that supports four-way movements, instant direction change, automatic handling, intelligent monitoring, and dynamic traffic management, quickly storing and retrieving high-density goods of multiple categories. Air Plus Film
Air film is a protective packaging for various applications. Void fill is for product much smaller than the box that need a lot of packing to fill the area. Void fill is used as light protection. Top fill is for product that fill the bottom of the box and for product that don’t fill the box completely. Cushion is for fragile product that need protection from every side. Cushion can be used for light to heavy fragile products.

Robot Arm Palletizer
The Robot Arm Palletizer is intended to accelerate the palletizing process, allowing the customer to optimize process efficiency and management system while reducing human palletizing costs. With the robotic system in place, there will be no drops or collisions caused by human error or emotion, which are uncontrollable while unloading from the conveyor and stacking layer by layer onto the pallet. This reduces long-term costs associated with in-house product damage caused by mishandling or even accidents.
Slip Sheet
Slipsheets are available in three materials: corrugated, fiberboard, and plastic. Corrugated slipsheets are made by sandwiching corrugated (fluted) material between a top and bottom liner. Fiberboard slipsheets are made of at least three plies of kraft liner board laminated together. The material used in corrugated and fiberboard slipsheets weakens when it gets wet. Fiberboard slipsheets are used most widely throughout industry.
Dunnage Air Bag
The Dunnage container airbags from Teknologi Nusantara Presisi are made especially to protect and stabilize cargo in trucks, ships, and containers. Applying an airbag involves placing it in the gap created by a load, typically in between two loads. The airbag is then inflated with compressed air using an airbag inflator. The load is forced against the trailer's sidewalls by the airbag's pressure as it fills up, locking the weight in place. The majority of airbags fill in a matter of seconds.
Shrink Wrap
Shrink wrap, sometimes shrink film, is a material made consisting of polymer plastic film. It shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering when heat is applied. A handheld heat gun, either gas or electric, can be used to apply heat, or the product and film can be moved on a conveyor through a heat tunnel.
Stretch Film
Mostly composed of Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), stretch film is a highly stretchable plastic film that balances strength, cost, and weight. Palletized goods are frequently wrapped in it to maintain their tight binding and unity throughout storage and transportation. Stretch film is an effective way to secure objects while providing protection from dust, moisture, and tampering because it can stretch up to three times its original length or more.The typical thickness used in industry is 23 microns.
Collator
A machine used to automatically sort and arrange food products prior to packaging. Its major duty is to prepare products for later packaging procedures, such as stacking on trays, cartons, or other packaging lines. Manual Packing assist, return on investment in a few months only, increased line output, easy operation and quick change-over without change parts. Robust system, any horizontal packing pattern, high speed up to 140 bags per minute, easy change over (automatic), full bag control, easy programming.
Carton Sealer
A carton sealer (also known as a case sealer or box sealing machine) is a packaging equipment that seals the top and/or bottom flaps of a packed cardboard box using adhesive tape (usually pressure-sensitive tape) or hot-melt glue. It is usually the final stage in a packaging line, after the box has been filled. Main functions include receiving filled cartons from upstream, automatically folding top flaps (optional in advanced models), applying sealing tape or glue to the top and/or bottom, and sending sealed boxes to the next phase.
Carton Erector
A carton or case erector is a packaging equipment that automatically forms, folds, and seals corrugated cardboard boxes (cartons) from a flat, pre-scored blank. It is widely utilized in industries like as food and beverage, medicines, electronics, and e-commerce to increase packing efficiency and save labor costs. Key duties include feeding flat cartons from a magazine or stack, opening or folding them into a box shape with vacuum suction or mechanical arms, closing the bottom flaps with tape or glue, and transferring ready-to-pack boxes to a conveyor.
Stretch wrapping machine
A stretch wrapping machine is an automated equipment to wrap stretch film—typically linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE)—around a pallet or load. It is intended to improve load stability, protect goods, reduce film waste, and increase package efficiency. The machine applies film under controlled tension, stretching it before wrapping to make tight, homogeneous layers around the load.
Sootblower
The sootblowers are used at Power Plant to improve Boiler efficiency. The rectractable sootblowers provide outstanding cleaning performance. Cleaning impact is maximized with the right amount of blowing media when using the best cleaning nozzles available. A specially created multiple blowing pattern system may be an optional feature of sootblowers. Issues like pinion and gear rack failure that occur in other systems are removed by indexing inside the gearbox with a clutch.
RGV
A Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) operates on a fixed track, or rail system, laid on the floor. RGVs are used to transfer commodities, particularly in warehouses and distribution centers, connecting distant areas or components of a building. Their speed, efficiency, and ability handle a variety of loads.
WMS and WCS
WMS and WCS are for inventory material status material display. 3DMS can display real-time and intuitive information about the current tasks performed by the equipment, the number of storage locations, task type, task status, and equipment location. The system uses color changes to highlight equipment operating statuses.The test results of the materials in the warehouse are distinguished by different colors. When a specific material is selected, the specific information of the material is displayed.
Telescopic Conveyor
A conveyor that may be expanded and contracted as needed to move items or commodities from one location to another. Telescopic conveyors are also extendible conveyors made out of a base and extractable booms that allow you to reach inside cars in a safer, faster, and more cost-effective manner. DWS
The dynamic DWS (Dimension, Weight, Scan) system is a data collection system that involves dimensioning, weighing, and scanning. It uses barcode scanning cameras with different resolutions and a stereo camera and integrates high-precision dynamic scales, to achieve stable recognition of barcodes on the front, rear, left, right, top, and bottom surfaces, volume measurement, and weight acquisition.
AGV
AGV or Automated Guided Vehicle's support in Batch & Zone picking within manual logistics environments, AGVs automates material flow in put-away, production supply, pick, pack and dispatch, AGV supports receiving, piece-picking, case-picking, production supply in automated environment, AGV support in production supply within logistics environments. The AGV follows a Physical Line on or in-ground (Wire, Magnetic Tape, Magnetic Bar, Optical Tape, Painted Line).
AMR
